Hidrociclones
Plastic hydrocyclones
Plastic hydrocyclones
Description:
Hydrocyclones are used to separate large sand parts and other compact particles heavier than water.
Features:
- Equipment: Equipped with victaulic/thread connections. The cleaning process can be manual or automated setting a drain kit.
- Materials: Filter body made of polyamide reinforced with glass fiber. Drain deposit manufactured from HDPE high-density polyethylene.
- Modularity: Its modular design allows an easy enlargement and adaptation to any kind of spaces.
- Pressure features: Maximum work pressure: 10 kg/cm2
Operation/TechnologyApplicationsModels
- Filtering process: This is carried out by the physical separation by retention of particles with a superior specific weight regarding water, by effect of its centrifugal force when coming in contact with the separator at a high speed, with a complete tangential trajectory.Dirt subsequently falls into a deposit in the lower part of the hydrocyclones. Water without heavier suspension parts comes out of the output circuit.
- Cleaning process: These systems do not need to be cleaned because dirt is directly removed from water, later piled up in the drain deposit where it must be periodically removed. The cleaning process can be manual or automated setting a drain kit.
